Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal: You can pay with your PayPal balance or linked cards
- Apple Pay (supported devices/browsers)
- Google Pay (supported devices/browsers)
Tip: If accelerated checkouts (Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal Express) are shown, you can complete the purchase without entering full billing details.
Secure Payments
- All card transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
- We never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Encryption (TLS/SSL) is applied end-to-end during checkout.
- Additional security checks (e.g., 3-D Secure / OTP) may be prompted by your bank.
Currency & Exchange Rates
- All orders on ankely.com are processed in USD.
- Prices shown in other currencies (if available) are for reference only; your bank or PayPal will determine the final exchange rate at the time of processing.
International Transaction Fees
Depending on your card issuer or PayPal account country, an international handling fee may appear on your statement. This fee is charged by your bank/payment provider (not by Ankely).
Sales Tax, Duties & VAT
- Applicable taxes are shown at checkout where required.
- International orders may be subject to import duties/VAT upon arrival, payable by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.
Payment Authorization & Order Verification
- For card payments, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold. If the charge fails, the hold usually drops automatically per your bank’s policy.
- To prevent fraud, we may request additional verification (e.g., order confirmation by email, address check). If we cannot verify the order, we may cancel and issue a refund.
If Your Payment Fails
Please try the following steps:
- Double-check card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV, billing name & address
- Ensure your card supports international / online transactions
- Try an alternative method (PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / another card)
- Disable VPN/Proxy temporarily and refresh the checkout page
- Contact your bank to approve the transaction

Refunds & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: typically 5–14 business days (bank dependent)
- PayPal: typically 3–5 business days (up to 30 days if paid via card through PayPal)

Chargebacks & Disputes
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact support@ankely.com first—we’ll resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may extend resolution times.
