Replacement & Refund Policy

At Ankely, more than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at support@ankely.com and we’ll make it right.

Note: By placing an order, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

30-Day FULL Refund / FREE Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is different from the description or customization information.
  • The item is defective, damaged, broken, or does not function properly.
  • The item received is of incorrect or mismatched size.
  • The order was lost or items are missing from the package.

If a refund or replacement is approved, you do not need to return the received item.

Cases NOT Covered by Our Policy

We are not liable and cannot provide refunds/replacements in the following situations:

  • Request is made after 30 days of product delivery.
  • Customer selected the wrong size, product, address, or customization details.
  • Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, soiled, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
  • Refund requests based on personal reasons (taste, change of mind, etc.).
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, promotions, or special deals.

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, please email support@ankely.com and include the following information (mandatory):

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the defective item

         For printing errors: include clear photos of the error.

         For print size/placement issues: include a ruler, measuring tape, or stick for scale.

  • If items are missing: include a photo of the package cover with the detailed shipping label.
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Our support team will review your claim. If eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost. In rare cases where replacement is not practical, we will issue a full refund including shipping fees.

Refund Time

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method you used:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–14 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days (up to 30 days if paid via card through PayPal)
