1. Our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We proudly stand behind our products. If your order arrives and something doesn’t feel right, you have 45 days from the delivery date to let us know.
Eligible Situations
✔ Change of mind / not what you expected
You may return the item if it’s unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
✔ Defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items
We’ll immediately arrange a replacement or issue a refund—no return shipping cost to you.
2. Items That Can Be Returned
We gladly accept returns for:
- Unused products in their original, intact packaging
- Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or missing components
- Orders where the wrong item, color, or variant was delivered
Items generally not eligible for return (except if defective):
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
- Consumable parts (filters, pads, accessories) once opened
- Clearance, final-sale, or marked non-returnable items
- Gift cards or digital items
- Requests made beyond the 45-day period

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
To keep this simple:
Ankely covers the cost when
- The item is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- Something is missing from your package
Customer covers the cost when
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size/color
- The shipping address was incorrect
- The package was refused or unclaimed
Good news:
We do not charge restocking fees.
4. How to Start a Return (Quick & Simple)
Before shipping anything back, please contact our support team so we can authorize and guide your return properly.
Email us at support@ankely.com with:
- Your order number (e.g., #8756-xxxx)
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos or a short video if there is a defect, damage, or missing part

After approval, here’s what to do:
Repack
Place the item and all accessories in their original packaging.
Ship
Use any trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll send an update within 2–5 business days.
5. Refunds
We try to make refunds as smooth and fair as possible.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Timing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed in 5–10 business days.
(Some banks or card issuers may take a bit longer to post the credit.)
Partial Refunds
If the returned item is missing parts, sent back with visible wear, or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
You will always receive photo evidence and confirmation before anything is processed.
If you’re genuinely unhappy with your purchase but your item has been lightly opened or tested, we may still approve the return at our discretion—as long as it is clean, complete, and in resellable condition.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives broken, malfunctioning, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A brief explanation
- Photos or a video of the product and packaging
We’ll take care of everything—replacement, missing parts, or a full refund—at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
Need a different variation?
We can arrange:
- A direct exchange (if stock is available), or
- A return-and-reorder process
Our team will suggest the best option based on availability.
8. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Before shipment:
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update or cancel it.
After shipment:
We unfortunately cannot intercept or cancel the shipment.
Once the package returns to us or is received by you, we’ll process it according to this policy.
9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect/insufficient address
- Customer refusal
- Unclaimed delivery attempt
You may request:
Option 1: Reshipment (shipping cost covered by customer)
Option 2: Refund minus outbound shipping fees (if applicable)
10. Bundles, Sets & Gifts
Bundles / Sets
Must be returned in full. Returning only part of a bundle may result in a partial refund.
Promotional or Free Gifts
If you received a free gift with purchase, it must be returned with the order.
If not returned, the retail value may be deducted from the refund.
11. Return Locations
For efficiency, Ankely uses multiple warehouses.
The correct return address will always be provided in your return authorization email.
Please do not return items to our office address unless instructed.
12. Warranty Coverage
Some products may include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty terms—if applicable—are listed on product pages.
Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear.
